My academic leadership experience spans language-program coordination, curriculum development, instructor support, assessment, and international education. At the University of Houston, I co-coordinate the Spanish L2 program in the Department of Hispanic Studies, contributing to curriculum planning and alignment, course development, assessment, instructional materials, and instructor support across multiple levels and modalities. This work builds on previous coordination roles in Mexico, where I managed language programs, supported faculty and instructors, developed curricula and assessments, and worked across institutional contexts.
